•    In order to assist clients in leveraging the strategic necessity of constant change and innovation, JMRN can provide a third-party view and process for systematically managing the way that decision-making information is obtained and utilized, whether that be on an individual or multi-country basis.

•    Working as an extension of your internal marketing department, JMRN will take stock of all available custom research and information sources, identify the gaps and develop a plan for moving forward so that research and information gathering efforts are synthesized for maximum effect.  Importantly, JMRN will work to “connect the dots” from an analysis viewpoint so that the data and information becomes more than simply numbers and facts – but rather, insights that will contribute to better strategy development.

•    The output of JMRN’s consulting work in this regard depends upon client needs, and can be as limited as a single defined engagement to improve a company’s existing system and then let the internal team take the new system forward . . . to a longer-term outsourced arrangement, with JMRN maintaining a regional library or business information center over the long-term.  Again, depending on client needs, strategy planning workshops conducted on a regular basis could also be included.
